Project Blogger…Day 1
Its April 9 and Day 1 of Project BloggerAs one of the apprentice bloggers competing in this contest, I thought I would chat a little today about what you can, and CANT, expect from me on my Blog.
International Real Estate Issues: I am heading to Europe tomorrow to earn my Certified International Property Specialist Designation, so I will be blogging and vidcasting from
Budapest, Vienna and Prague. Each country around the world is unique with respect to buying real estate. I have lived abroad and intend to live outside the U.S. again someday, so I will explore many regions of the world, how real estate is handled and where the hot spots are right now.
Florida Real Estate: Florida is always a unique market and I will have ongoing discussions about whats happening in our state.
Tampa: Tampa is a great place to live, work and play, so you will find lots of commentary about life in Tampa and the surrounding communities.
Other Fun Things I absolutely love my career in Real Estate and have plenty of funny stories related to it. I have lots of ideas and plenty of opinions and, other things up my sleeve, so I hope you will kept checking in, long after the contest is over.
What you wont find on my blogNegativityyou wont find me slicing and dicing other bloggers, or other realtors. There seems to be a fair bit of that among a small group of well-known bloggers and I find it distasteful and unnecessary. I think you can express an opinion, and make interesting comments, without bashing anyone else, so I wont be adding any negative bloggers to my blogroll. I am a very positive person, both personally and professionally, so you can expect to see more of that right here. My business is built on over 80% referrals, so integrity is a critical issue for me.
Best Wishes to all the ContestantsLets Get This Party Started.

Hey Jackie:
Here! Here! to the upbeat and positive message commitment. There is enough bad news and negative commentary out there. Wishing you much success in your new endeavor : )
It will be interesting to see you commentary on the Real Estate in Europe as compared to the United States. Stay in touch.
Have fun in Europe. I have enjoyed your blogs thus far and look forward to reading your future ones.
Jackie – I am one of the apprentices from Project Blogger and want to tell you I am so looking forward to seeing your blogs from Europe…talk about a different spin! This contest will be so great not only for those of us involved, but for the Active Rain and blogging community as a whole. Good Luck and have an amazing trip!
Thanks Ines…good luck to you, too. I will be in Miami in June for an International Conference and would love to meet you!
