    Jackie- By the time most people start jumping on the bandwagon of an improvement, most of the profit has already been made. Now is a great time to buy.

    Thanks Jackie. Buyers were shelling out tons of cash to buy a few years ago and now that they have more time, more buying power and less competition…everyone’s waiting! Maybe it’s like a relationship…is it all about the chase…..

    The Sellers of this year are ticked that they waited so long to sell their homes. The buyers of next year will be annoyed that they waited so long to buy. As the mortgage industry continues to recover, pricing will go up. Thanks for your insights.
